However, please note that a virtual assistant cannot remain idle indefinitely. If an extensive period of time passes, the virtual assistant will need to be reassigned to another business that is not experiencing downtime.
Yes. Just as with any employee, weekly pay covers all sick leave, annual leave, and any other relevant leave the virtual assistant is entitled too.
